Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here’s how our return and exchange process works:
✅ Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The product must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
Note: Opened or used seed packets cannot be returned due to safety, quality, and germination concerns.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only if:
- The product received was damaged, expired, or wrong
- The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
You can choose to receive:
- A replacement of the same item (if available)
- A store credit of equal value
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Seeds that have been opened or sown
- Discounted or clearance items
- Custom or bulk orders (unless defective)
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via UPI or bank transfer
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we’ll arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping.
- If returning for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
